You will need
- Your DB server name or IP
- Sierra admin account
- Postgres client software for your OS
Login to admin panel

Create User

Fill Form
Supply the username and password
Only need to provide the minimum

Drag SQL Access
Click and drag the Sierra SQL Access left
Agree
Click Accept

Download

Install pgadmin
Install the downloaded file
Click "Next" a bunch
Add server
Click file -> Add Server

| Port: | 1032 |
| Service: | Blank |
| Maintenance: | iii (that's triple "I") |
| Username: | Chosen username from setup |
| Password: | Chosen password from setup |
